Leo Cooper

Leo has been in the property industry for over 17 years. Working with and for a mix of small local independent and large corporate internationally recognized brands covering Worcestershire, Warwickshire & North Cotswold’s. He has spent the most of his estate agency career starting new and turning around failing sales offices across the region. Leo left Estate agency for 4 years to go into property development and investment. In that time, he personally sourced and bought over 200 properties throughout the UK. From as far north as Grimsby to as far south as London. Buying portfolios, land, development sites, refurbishments and pretty much most things in between. With this came an experience of dealing with hundreds of different estate agents and lots of different ways of selling property.
And he noticed something.
A real discrepancy in marketing, service and more importantly the customer journey and results. And that’s why Cooper & Co was born.

Outside of work Leo’s passions are charity work, being outdoors and boxing/martial arts. He has always and continues to do regular charity work, being a permanent volunteer at St Pauls Hostel in Worcester for many years. Leo also volunteered for the Salvation Army’s which includes helping with the Friday night feed, sleep outs and a lot of food and clothing handouts. Over the years he has competed in boxing, kickboxing and various martial arts at regional and national levels. Leo combined his two greatest passions by starting and running a boxing club for the homeless for 4 years. Successfully getting multiple people clean, healthy, and taking them into fights competing in multiple boxing matches.
