Leo and Simon were the people I liaised with regarding the purchase of my house. Things proceeded quickly and smoothly, and I just completed today (early December) following my offer being accepted in mid-September. Thanks all at Cooper & Co, I'm really looking forward to moving into my new home.

We used Cooper & Co as Executors. Leo and his team were fantastic from start to finish, taking care of the whole process to ensure that it ran in a faultless manner throughout. Leo is very approachable and one step ahead, making sure that all parties are working towards the same deadlines. I would definitely use Cooper & Co again and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Leo is an estate agent to rival all others. He is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, very responsive and just a really lovely chap too.
We had every faith in him guiding us through our sale and dealing with any concerns which is why we chose him above any others.
Highly recommend Cooper & Co.
