Kasia Ostler

Kasia is a highly experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser with a strong banking background and almost 20 years of industry expertise. As the founder of Key Steps Financial, she built the business around a clear principle: to provide straightforward, honest and supportive advice that helps clients move forward with confidence.

Her approach is centred on clarity and care. Kasia takes time to understand each client’s individual circumstances—whether they are first-time buyers, navigating the challenges of self-employment, or looking to protect their family. She is known for removing complexity from the mortgage and protection process and for offering guidance that is genuinely tailored to each person she works with.

Committed to her local community, Kasia is passionate about empowering others and championing local enterprise. She is a Brand Representative for Women Who UK and leads monthly in-person events for women in business, creating a supportive space for connection, learning and growth.

Away from work, she enjoys long countryside walks with her two cocker spaniels and can often be found at the side of a football pitch, supporting her teenage daughters’ matches and capturing action shots from the sidelines.
